"Very nice"

"Not worth the headache!!! Dealing with the owners of this property was a nightmare. We were belittled and my clients were canceled AFTER they arrived and check in to their rental. We received an email a few days prior to check in about parking in the garage and if they park in front of it there would be a fine. However when they arrived the garage was not only open and the door to the rental was open, it was also filled with furniture and a few trash bags. The furniture was all over the garage as if they were just tossing the furniture out of the house. When I called to get clarification with my clients [I am a travel agent] the owner was aggressive and did not care about the questions we had. We called to get clarification on where to park and let him know that the garage was trashed. He over talked us and accused us of being "homegirls or relatives trying to run a scheme on him to get a free stay".... which was confusing because no one mentioned any of that, highly offensive, and unprofessional. After all of that he canceled my client while they were in the house bringing their bags in, he did not care that they were from out of town, it was later in the afternoon [about 6pm at this point] and they had no where else they could think to go... Just because the garage was junky! All they wanted was a solution as of where to park and an apology for the confusion. It was really that simple. So after the very rude owner canceled them and told them to vacate I called L2BNB back to let them know about everything and also showed them the picture of the garage and they were moved to another unit. After they were moved to a new unit someone started texting me and harassing me about a key that was never received. After stating several times no one ever received a key because the unit was open when they arrived I asked them to call me since I was driving and I did not want to text and then they started harassing my client telling them no one told them they could move units and they would call security on them. They were given a new contract to sign with the new unit number on it so they did in fact have rights to be in the house. Renting with this company has been a nightmare. If you are an air bnb company hospitality should be at the top of your priority list. The owner lacked that. He was unethical, unprofessional, and the rental was not even all of what the pictures described them to be. They have a lot of work to do if their goal is to be a luxury rental company. Luxury companies are easy to deal with, you get top tier service, they are accommodating, and solution oriented, and their places are immaculate. This company lacked all of that."

"Absolutely loved this rental. Nicely decorated. Up to date. The owner made things very easy for us as far as checking in and checking out. He’s super responsive. It’s not far from everything either. Gated townhouses. Everything was wonderful"
