"The customer service is horrible, the reception employee is very rude, he has a terrible attitude, I asked to speak to another person with better availability to make a reservation and he said that there was no one, he was the person in charge and manager of the place, THE HOTEL WAS FINE, but those types of people should not provide customer service with that terrible attitude. go somewhere else, 0 recommended"

"Terrible customer service. We arrived and politely asked how they would like us to show our confirmation. They then went on to yell at us saying they didn’t need confirmation and already knew we were coming. This establishment is fine but the employees at the front desk suck."

"I'm sorry, but this is a NO for me. I booked a room one night and I could already feel it. To start with.... Yall know the feeling places give you?? Like, when u know it's safe, or dangerous, etc. I didnt feel safe at all. It was too dark. Then.... The room was mickey mouse cleaned, room wasnt completely vacuumed, trash by the phone, the restroom smelled as if there was something rotting under the sink, the windows curtain was broken and couldn't close/cover. Last but yall already know.... There were some kitty dealer/sellers next door you can literally hear everything. I said, nope, not it!! Had to drive a couple miles down to a brighter hotel. My suggestion is, if the parking lot is dark and not super bright as if it were still daylight, DO NOT STAY ATT!!"

"Flew from Chicago to Houston. We got there and front desk was friendly, rooms were clean! Close to downtown Houston, walking distance to restaurants if you don’t want to catch a Uber. They offer free breakfast every morning which is good! Waffles, cereal, honey buns, coffee, apple juice or water. No complaints!"

"Booked on Hotwire. The biggest problem was our bathroom had a bug infestation. Dead bugs all over the shower floor, some around the rest of the bathroom, and live bugs crawling in the shower as well. Some kind of fly or termite, maybe. You could see them crawling out of the wall at the top of the shower where it wasn't caulked properly. A few were crawling in the room as well. It raises questions about when that bathroom was last cleaned, because they were seriously everywhere. We got in late, way past our kids' bedtime, so we didn't ask to switch rooms, just killed as many as we could reach and kept the bathroom door shut. The beds are hard and uncomfortable and the bedding is very thin. Neighbors were coming and going noisily very late into the night. The area looked a little rough. The "lobby" is behind locked door and the employees are behind protective glass. The positives are that aside from the bathroom, the room seemed clean. There is a microwave and refrigerator. It was inexpensive. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it for families."
