"I will never stay at this location again. Decided to stay here because I was too exhausted from the hospital & I knew I couldn’t make it home. Man who answered the phone was rude as hell! But I wasn’t tripping because I was exhausted and just needed to sleep. He told me it was $70 for the night. I get there, & he then said it was $78 and when I told him he said it was $70 on the phone is when he had a caught look on his face. I wonder why he gave me a different price in person. I wonder if it’s because I’m black? Idk. But as far as the rooms, I’m 50/50. PROS: Bed is super comfortable. TV was the best part of the room honestly, it’s a super nice 50 inch smart tv. Comes with ironing board & coffee maker as well. CONS: Saw multiple roaches this morning, there was hair in the tub, & room needs to be updated. It was kinda nasty. A plus is they give cereal, coffee, and juice in the mornings. So idk. If you’re stranded and need somewhere to sleep for the night, it’s survivable but staying for more than that? Id look at another Palace inn. There’s locations in greenspoint (which is the hood) that’s better than this one."

"Just went here for an hourly rental. Wasn't expecting much upon checkin, but this was surprisingly a pretty pleasant Palace Inn...I've visited my fair share, and some have been way below the quality of this location...so I definitely will be visiting again in the future."

"Do Not Go Here , The Man That Works The Office At Night Likes To Price Gouge , Its A Different Price Everyday , He Also Told Me I Had To Stay In The Room After I Stepped Outside To Smoke A Cig , They Force The Maids To Clean Your Room Even When You Turn Down Room Service , The Office Tells You That You MUST Take It & I Cant Tell The Maid I Dont Want Room Service , Toilets Have Low Water Pressure , It Stayed Stopping Up . The Rooms Also Have Roaches , Only Good Thing Is They Have Smart TVs .. Would Not Recommend Staying Here"

"Nice room & clean . I like they have channels like NFL , NBA , cinemax. I was satisfied with the overall experience with the location. I was able to get some good rest during my stay. I don’t have any complaints with the environment and a great area."
