"Good hotel at a good price. It's a five minute walk to the Galleria and lots of good restaurants. The free breakfast is legitimately good. Parking is $50 for a weekend, so factor that inro your budget."

"I have never had more rude valet service in my life. As a young female traveling the city alone, the valet crew often spoke very demeaning and rude towards me EVERY time I dropped off or picked up my car. If I am going to have to pay $29.00 a day for parking at the hotel, at least provide respectful customer service. I'm not even complaining about the efficiency of the service... seriously, just put guys up there that are going to be NICE to customers. I will be talking to concierge to give more detail about this, because it is simply too much to type up."
