"Glows: Location Location. The gentleman who checked me in was very nice and professional. Things to know: They charge for parking at $25 nightly. The hotel is a standard hotel. This is not a convention or resort hotel. They do offer free breakfast. I did not partake in it, so I can't speak to the quality or taste. I did have to wait a while for the water to get hot and the pressure was a little low. Housekeeping definitely come in to each room and straightens up each day. For the locations, the price was ok. I paid the conference rate as I was there for the Texas Transition Conference. Overall I would stay here again for the location and price if I didn't have a choice. There are so many hotels in this area."

"The hotel is dated and dinged up but beds were clean. The room keys took 4 tries to activate properly, forcing me to to drive around the hotel trying to get into the parking lot in the middle of the night and leaving me locked out from the building and nobody answering the call at the hotel, so i had to have my family come down and let me in. Also nobody notified us that parking is a $25 charge! They were nice enough to refund but it definitely needs to be brought up at the check in time."

"If not for the location this place would disappear. There is a reason it's cheap. Desk associate chatted with his girlfriend on speaker the entire time I was checking in. Room air filters haven't been cleaned in forever (or it's absolutely filthy). Shower took 15 minutes to get warm. No status recognition. You pay $25 to park your own vehicle in a non-secure parking lot. What? If you don't have any standards, sure, why not. But if they neglect all these things, what makes you think they're going to pay attention to cleanliness and not cut corners with your food? Look at the last 4 years of reviews, how is this a 4 star property? Stay at your own risk. #DiamondMember"

"Since we don't live in Houston, we picked this place for my husband's scheduled operation. We attempted to change our dates by calling the hotel because the surgeon had to postpone his procedure at the last minute. We were informed that there was nothing we could do since the accommodation we had reserved was non-refundable, yet all we were attempting to do was reschedule our dates, not recover our money. We were informed that the general manager was the only one who could alter our dates, and they would relay the word to them. Following that, according to my spouse, the agent hung up on him. Nobody has gotten in touch with us yet."

"I will start by saying the staff is very nice and helpful. My encounter with all staff was warm and welcoming. However the room was a different story. Me and my significant other arrived at our room around midnight, so I was unable to check the room like I usually do when I get to a hotel. Upon waking up in the morning i found several issue with the room: mold in the bathroom and on the walls, broken shower head, leaking shower into room leaving a wet spot in the carpet next ti the bed, numerous stains on the floor, stains in the couch and chair. While me and my significant other were changing in the morning a man walked in on us to swap out the TV and stated he apologized for walking in on us, his paper said room was vacant. There was an odor to the room that is now in my suit case. I called Hilton to express my discomfort with the booking and felt my concerns were minimized. Will not be booking here agin."
