"This is my second time staying at this hotel, and both times were for business meetings. The staff is fantastic. Everyone is so pleasant and make you feel welcome. The rooms are amazing! I've traveled a lot for work and the first time I stayed here I was a little star struck! The room has tablet and wall controls for the lights and drapes. The TV is in a cabinet that raises with a remote control. The bathroom is gorgeous. I can't say enough about how nice this place is. The H bar and Craft F&B are always amazing."

"The rooms are fantastic. You want for nothing. The front desk welcomes you, as does everyone, but they fall short on great service. Breakfast takes the better part of an hour. The billing system is shocking. It takes multiple calls to resolve matters. The shining lights are the unsung housekeeping staff, the valet and free town car service. Awesome, It elevates this hotel."
