"There old manager was way better new non existing charges roaches everywhere the rooms smelled bad they kept changing the due date without any notice try to make me pay for a dog fee when I showed proof that my pet its an emotional support animal very disappointed would not recommend they took all the good amenities they offered before"

"Horrible place, I have stayed here before and it was much nicer, ESA yall have left this place rot, you’re room have a horrible smell and I found a roach in the bathroom. Thanks to y’all having a “good smell” I am now throwing up. I will be calling Public Health Sanitation. Not to mention you have to pay if you want good WiFi."

"My room had blood in the sheets and roaches. I took a video of both. I informed the front desk. I was told a manager would be there in 10 minutes. I had to wait two hours. Once the manager got there and refunded my stay, she put on a list that barred me from staying at any Extended Stay America across the country. I never raised my voice or cursed at anyone. I will be pursuing legal action."

"This is the most disgusting, filthy, roach infested hotel I have ever seen in my life! It is run by a u educated, uncaring, and completely incompetent management team and staff! I wouldn’t let my dog stay in one of these awful rooms. It feels like the kind of hotel that would rent rooms by the hour. DISGUSTING DISGUSTING DISGUSTING!!!! If you have a choice between a room here and your car…stay in YOUR CAR!!!!"

"Location is great your next to plenty of stores and restaurants! On the other hand, there’s a bad roach problem here! Everywhere we turn there’s a roach somewhere and that’s something I’m not used to. Staff is pretty nice and receptive."
