"After staying awhile and not just a two day stay this rv resort is not worthy of the name Resort They have let this park really go down in quality and care of park. Very disappointed They don’t keep it cleaned and the Washateria and the shower stay dirty and broke down. No security is seen around the park and the dog park is nasty."
"Thank you to Jetstream RV park for accommodating our need to dump our septic a few days ago. They couldn’t make the credit card go through but the office person was kind enough to let us use it anyway. Park looked very clean and the one resident I met seemed very nice."
"Great park, but the office management is horrendous. Office hours are random, and rarely adhered to. 10-4 means Ten AM to Four PM. Not 10-1, 10-3, 10-11, with random notes spouting some excuse that they have to close early. You only find out about the closure when you attempt to visit the office between 10-4 and see the "Gone Fishing" sign outside. No other business on the planet can behave that way. If you are understaffed, hire someone. If you cant find someone, work overtime. Business hours are the hours your business is OPEN."
"Lily was so sweet and helpful to me. I’m from out of town and was very anxious about driving an Rv for the first time. I didn’t know where to go for dumping. Lily was sooo sweet and put me at ease when she told me this resort will let me dump the RV for a fee. Also a couple of people came over to give us tips on how to do RV stuff. ( They must have seen us struggling to just park the RV) Awesome place and people!! Thank you soo much!!"
"I stayed at Jetstream in Pasadena for 13 weeks. It was beautiful, clean and very safe. The employees were very nice and addressed any questions I had. This is my go to place when I am working in the area."
