"Horrible . The lady in the front tried to keep our belongings after we described everything in our bags and what room number it was left in ! No we did not forget our things we left to explore downtown Houston and come back to our stuff missing . She was very rude and unprofessional. How the hell are you going to have my belongings and when asked for them back practically throw them out the window at the front desk ? Let’s then get into the room. The blanket on our bed had holes in it . There was a dark ring around the tub . Like DARK. Floor felt as if it hasn’t been cleaned at all . We complained and had to beg for them to even send someone to clean our room . Then the cleaning lady walked passed us twice ignoring us . This is the perfect place to go if you want your stuff stolen and thrown at you !"
