"Great location for Galleria area. It’s been about 10yrs that I’ve stayed here and I can definitely tell a difference from the warn and dated decor in the rooms. Table chairs were ripped in my room. No blankets or pillows were included in rooms with sleeper sofas. Had to request and pick up from front desk. Although they say they have Netflix on the remote and TV there is no way to access any streaming. Front desk says they only have live and cable TV. Photos on booking site aren’t updated to match the room types which is misleading. The view was horrible facing the back of the hotel AC and utilities. Could have stayed elsewhere with a nicer room and more options. Doubt that I’ll stay here again."

"Fine stay! I've stayed at this location several times over the past few months, and never had any sort of serious issue! To the contrary, everyone I've ever interacted with has been professional and friendly, and quick to help with any issue I may have. Ni Made and Britney are the staff names that I remember, but everyone was always great. The rooms I've had were clean and well maintained. The location is ideal. The restaurant on-site is also quite good. All around a great time! Will definitely be staying here again."

"The front desk is very professional and accommodating. The room was nice and clean. Just like any hotel room, it could use mire plugs for charging (the ones in the lamp won't stay plugged in they just fall out. Also, lighting could be better). The breakfast is what it is. Overall recommended"

"Had a truly terrible experience with my stay for my friend's wedding. We were placed in a room surrounded by rooms being renovated and the noise is unbearable. We were hoping to get a nap after our red-eye and were constantly woken up by what sounded like furniture being slammed against the walls. At one point it sounded like someone slammed into our door and we walked out to workers sitting in front of our room having coffee and it looks like rolling around in chairs. We were then woken at 7:45 a.m. by even more slamming on our walls which was just a cherry on top of a frustrating experience. We had to crawl over construction debris to get to our room and there's dust everywhere. The staff is polite but truly it feels like there's no regard for customer experience. Doubly frustrating is that my friend put out a room block for her wedding and I immediately booked the wedding night, when I called to add days they told me to book online and call back to merge the reservation. I did that and then later found out that by doing that I didn't get the free breakfast included with the wedding rooms. Further we asked last night if breakfast was available and they said yes but didn't tell us it wasn't complementary. We had breakfast the next morning with zero indication it wasn't a free breakfast until we were asked to pay $40 for powdered eggs. It would have been acceptable for a free breakfast but for $40 I could have gone to a restaurant. The hotel is far from anything at all, on a Freeway with all the noise of cars zooming by all night and is pretty run down. Overall cannot recommend this hotel - truly a terrible experience all around."
