"It was a horrible experience, there were cockroaches and the bed had a deep hole that could fit a pillow. The manager said he could change it but all the beds were ugly. The extremely dirty carpet. The bathroom very dirty. They don't clean the room, they only change towels. The bathroom knob is very greasy. Grease stains on the desk. The microwave didn't work and was dirty. I don't recommend it at all."

"I do not feel Is comfortable or safe. The hotel latch lock was cracked. The outlets with bare wires Were attached to the floor on the carpet "fire hazard" There was 4 lamps lamps in the room for light only 2 worked. The others do not have any bulbs. and roaches."

"I don't even know where to start. This was an overall terrible experience. The rooms were disgusting and muggy, and the staff gave us a room that was "marked clean" that had cigarette ashes in the sheets, unmade beds, personal belongings on the floor, and were shocked it was available in their system. I felt very unsafe and unsanitary; who's to say the other room we were given was actually clean this time? So we left within 30minutes of arriving. It was late, we were tired, and we still weren't willing to try and stay in our room with peeling paint and dirty beds. I was charged twice what I was told would be my final total, I have tried to call multiple times to no avail to get this resolved. They refunded me less than a quarter what I was owed and continue to give me trouble about the other 3/4 of my refund. Overall this was a terrible experience and if you want to stay somewhere nice or safe, pick anything but Days Inn by Wyndham Houston. You'll thank me later."

"Roaches in the room the dresser was missing a drawer.. the water was not working properly.. they switched our room and the second room was no better look likes a whole murder scene in the bathroom.. blood literally everywhere even in the shower and the sink area where you brushed your teeth.. the service was horrible.. couldn’t get fresh towels.. the towels looked dirty.. so did the bed linens.."

"The WORST motel. This is not a hotel. It was very tacky. No water or ice. The room stunk the floor felt like I was sinking. No continental breakfast. I didn't even get a receipt upon checking out. I was told because it was booked by a third party. I have traveled all my life. My mother worked for the airlines for 25 years. So I know how to travel. This is a flea bag motel. I was afraid that there may be bed bugs, so I called them using my phone because the phone in the room did not work. It is a 0 rated motel not a hotel. I had to go buy water and ice. I want my money back ASAP."
