"If I could give this place a zero I would. This hotel is the dirties place I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms smelled like a dead rat and weed. The room had not been cleaned at all. They allow people to stand in front of the building and smoke marijuana. we were originally suppose to stay for 4 month but immediately changed location 3 days after check in. The door had no hinges we were forced to lock the doors with plastic hangers."
"FRAUD ALERT!!! This location allows guest to use Creditcard that does not match the name on identification card. I have been trying to reach this location and they were avoiding my call to resolve this issue. Disciplinary action should be made and there needs to appropriate training to ensure this fraudulent action doesn't occur in the future."
"want to cancel my stay. I am very disappointed in this hotel. There’s roaches everywhere in the room. Found a roach even inside kids blanket. I am staying with my family with 4 kids under 7. My kids got sick as soon as we got here. All of them have fever, cold and cough. All kids are suffering. Receptionist is not available for any help. Sink drain does not work. Went down to complain to try her receptionist but they were not available. There’s people smoking in the hallway even though it’a a non smoking area. Very disappointed in this hotel service. I called several times at your number but nobody picks up the phone. And Wi-Fi doesn’t work. They say wifi is free but that’s only 2G. And it doesn’t connect most of the time. It’s super slow when it does connect. You have to pay extra for WiFi."
