"It is uncommon for me to award a hotel with a complete five-star rating, yet the Blossom Hotel Houston has meritoriously earned this distinction. My experience at this establishment was exceptionally pleasing, encompassing every aspect from the elegantly designed lobby, the efficient check-in process, to the meticulous cleanliness and service provided within the rooms. Additionally, the superior quality of the bathroom finishes stood out, offering remarkable value for the price point. If there is any critique to be offered, it would pertain to the in-room Nespresso machine, which exclusively produced espresso rather than offering the option for a full cup of coffee. This was somewhat unexpected, especially given that sweetener, sugar, and creamer were readily available in the room."

"The rooms are beautiful and so is the view, but the service is complete trash. If you call the front desk for something, they won't transfer you and if it doesn't fall under their specific job description they won't walk 10 feet to tell the person it pertains to in order to help you. I have literally never stayed at a hotel with worse service than this. It's like I'm staying at a Popeye's, not a 4-star hotel charging $400/night. I've gotten better customer service from the guys that wash your windows at stoplights. Do not recommend."

"Even almost a month later I’m still adamant about leaving a review. My time at The Blossom Hotel exceeded my expectations. It was a Serene, Pleasant, And Fancy Experience. And I’m not one for reviews. Thank You Miss Precious as she was the front desk rep that welcomed me upon my arrival. I would like to Thank her and the rest of The Hotel Blossom staff for Their Stellar Service! Thank you all and I wish you all the very best!! 5star+"

"We had a very pleasant stay! The rooms were clean and luxurious. The shower was roomy and such a nice experience. There were robes, a Dyson blow dryer, and a Nespresso machine. The staff were so friendly and super helpful. I can’t remember the guys name who checked us in, but he remembered mine. The breakfast from the restaurant was delicious and they brought it to our room. Overall a great stay and we will definitely be back!"

"Very pleasant hotel! Very fancy and just so nice!! I enjoyed the restaurant and how it’s all in one place ! Restaurant on the top floor was very nice with great views. Loved the breakfast and coffee, service was fantastic! Rooms are very nice and updated. Bathrooms had an amazing blow dryer! And provided tooth brush and dental kits. Heated pool in the winter looked very nice as well! Top notch! The only thing I can complain about are the high prices for parking. def be going back!!!"
