Luxury Living at City Centre Houston

"Booked and prepaid this via expedia thinking it was an apartment hotel. Was left stranded. There is no front desk and the expedia listing makes no mention of which of the gated comunities/building this refers to. The phone number provided for the property continuously goes to voicemail regardless of time of day. Was unable to gain acess to the property. Not contactable, no apology. Book a hotel instead. Was a distressing experience and lost many hours trying to get to the bottom of it all. Booked a last min room at the nearby four seasons which thankfully had space. Expedia followed up the following day, and had us relocated to a new location."
