Great Value Inn Houston/Galleria

"They will steal your deposit regardless of anything and will not give it back and will try and say you didn’t pay or you smoked in the room"

"Terrible place, makes all other hotels look great. First room we checked into had cum on the sheets, dirty pooped stained pantys under the bed with other trash, broken liquor bottle in the freezer( glad we didn’t bring my lady’s daughter). Tried giving us other rooms, both infested with bugs, moved onto the third floor to the only clean room just to find a bed bug infestation after my lady got bit. Roaches in bathroom im sure they got them in the kitchen too. Up until 4 am moving around rooms just to wake up at 9:30 to loud banging music shaking our bed. Made a complaint nothing happened. Below will be pictures attached. Would not recommend this place it’s not even worth the $28 a night it should be more like $10 max. Plus hidden fees once we get to the hotel desk and they charged me 2 times for a security deposit."

"The place smells like cat pee. It’s uncomfortable no lights in the room, broken fire detector and no elevator. There’s a Roku TV in the room without the remote I wish the place offered smoking, it might smell better. If negative stars were an option, I would give this place a -5stars."

"I think the ratings say enough even though they're on the generous side. Unfortunately the place shouldn't even be operating at the same time when you need a roof and you only have a few dollars I suppose it's best just to be grateful there is hot water for a shower and a roof to stay cool or warm or dry. Jus' sayn' and honestly I seen worse."

"Well, I don't know. There's a place to finish or place to start, but let's try. But I'm looking at the other reviews. And there's people to say that they will give this place as to me. Would be a very high revery single grotesque review. That is on this page is true and to the 10th power at 7 pied. Multiply 1 million times here's the worst part. I have stayed in hotels in the worst areas of Monterey, Mexico and I would much rather stay there. As I'm writing this review. I'm laying down and I can't go to sleep. I'm looking at a TV with a blue screen. Because it doesn't have an antenna or anything of jump to I have never seen a microwave that has electric plugs on it. But this one does this is weird, but this 1 does. Oh, this is weird. I just went to try to operate to microwave. It also doesn't work. The refrigerator has Mold in it. It does not work. I have worked for some of the most cruel people in the world. I've seen the roughest toughest place. Has them all beat and make them look like paradise alley"
