"I purchased a vape here and within 30 minutes of leaving the store it stopped working. I went in and they would not replace it. Most stores usually do but I guess Smoke N Fly doesnt care about customer service. The employee sat behind the desk and didnt even stand up to greet me. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience because she had to stop scrolling on her phone. I will never shop here nor will I recommend this store to anyone. Buyer beware!"

"OUTRAGED I WILL NOT BE BACK went here for help the guy with dreads had little to no customer service! Then after a while of searching for my item I bought it. Literally right after purchasing the item he tells me I can try it out. Also stating I can’t return it (AFTER I BOUGHT THE ITEM)Being that I already bought the item I felt scammed! It was too late to return the item even if it wasn't what I was searching for. Help Me!"
