"I never had an issue they year's I have visited this hotel until now. I tried to email from the website, its giving an error and asked if there was a corporate number and told no. I am reaching out to try and resolve the issue of someone being given a key and allowed access to walk in my room while I was nude. I briefly mentioned it to a gentleman employee and spoke with a young lady who only informed they didn't have the camera footage anymore. The same staff is there someone remembers me calling when it happened because they left the office to go see who the guy was and had to help him with another room due to giving him a key to mine. I prefer handling this with the hotel directly instead of it escalating at all but it seems impossible."

"They didn’t bother us even though they knew my buddy was gonna have a revolving door practically (cuz he wanted to be a ho). So he got to be a freak and I got to chill. They towels are hella thin so I would bring my own towel."

"Room was clean, bedding was clean, and most importantly NO bugs! Lol. Front desk agent was nice and very courteous. I've never had any bad experiences with the Palace inn locations so far and I recommend them to anyone."

"If it was up to me, I would have never stayed there. My buddy asked if I would go out with him, his girlfriend, and her friends that night. I thought we were going to a bar or something, but we ended up at this motel. It seemed sketchy pulling up to it and especially when you went to the front desk. Feels like a holding cell or something. The motel charged them $240 for a room that advertised for $70 online, and still, these dumba**es paid. I would say the motel interior fits the area it is in, nothing impressive. The room was big but very minimalistic as in 2 beds, tv, and tv stand/dresser drawers. I really didn't trust they washed the sheets and comforter after every visit. Had the usual toiletries, but the shower kind of sucked. I would never recommend this place. This place definitely made me question my decision for coming and also the type of friends my friends girlfriend has. Oh yeah, they end up informing me that this is one of those hourly rate motels. That was the last straw for me. I called an Uber and left them there. I definitely learned my lesson."
