"Unfortunately, my night at Springhill Suites was far bad. Both the TV and telephone service were non-functional, and the reception informed me that maintenance was unavailable. Given these issues, the experience did not justify the cost. I would like to share my experience with others, so they think a thousand times before they make reservations at Springhill."

"One elevator was not operational during the two night stay. On the last day, the other was also broke. My family was almost trapped inside the broken elevator. We escaped that fate by exiting the elevator on the third floor and walked down. The other person decided to ride the elevator down, but he got trapped. No hot water first day and no elevator for top floor was some experience m."

"Room was clean, staff was very nice, and helpful. I do like this location, close to China Town and Little Saigon but still a bit away from Bellaire sine I don’t like the crazy traffic there. Very easy access to tollways. Only 1 draw back is beside the lobby, the facility is a bit outdated, the staff told me it will be updated which would make this place awesome place to stay. My first room, the sofa were ripped, I reported to front desk and they changed a new room for me immediately, second room not much better lol but …not a big deal at all. I enjoyed my stay, staff is nice and polite. The rooms are outdated but most important is it is CLEAN, that’s all I care. I would recommend this place to my friends. Complimentary breakfast are good, not a lot of choices but food are yummy. I am glad I booked this place since my friends booked one closer to Bellaire and they got bedbugs ☹️ Price: good Location: good Cleanliness: good"

"Apr 20-23, 2023 - My wife and I really like SpringHill Suites. Our room was large and clean. There was a nice desk with a partition. The bathroom was huge. The complimentary breakfast was good but standard fare. The large lobby area has plenty of seating and a small bar (it wasn't staffed all the time). My only complaint is that the front desk was not staffed on two occasions (during the day) when I walked over with a question."
