"The room was nice, looked new, and the amenities were cute, such as the fridge, microwave, light, mirror, and sink. Please note that they don't have a hair dryer, iron, coffee machine... However, a very important but disappointing aspect was cleanliness; the floor was full of different types of hair, especially in the restroom. How could this be? Your room could be old, could be ugly, but as an Inn, and above this segment, we expect cleanliness to be the priority. The housekeeper needs retraining, and the supervisor/lead should focus on checking room quality. Overall, this location could be better. 7/10"

"READ BEFORE YOU BOOK -The “cleaning lady” DOES NOT change the sheets, I checked out and then checked back in the next day to the same room and noticed the same exact sheets/pillow covers on the bed -The “cleaning lady doesn’t clean the toilets or shower; you’ll see different hairs/stains in the tub/floor. A dirty rag I’ve seen hanging on the tub also hasn’t been taken off so I know she’s just opening the curtain and pretending she “cleaned” anything -It’s 75$ a night the least you can offer as an owner is a CLEAN room. Fire your cleaning lady ad hire someone who actually does their job. That’s just nasty. I had to take off all the sheets and throw them on the floor to make sure whoever cleans doesn’t just put them back on the bed. Oh and I got my own clean sheet to put on the bed once I realized they never change them."

"The location, room, and atmosphere was wonderful! Me and boyfriend came by after having a big and late-night event in Houston. Only major downside is the guy in charge last night was slightly rude and sprung up a required damage protection, after paying for the room online, without any notice. There is nothing stating the extra $100 protection is required, and we were lucky to have the funds on-hand. While they said it would be returned, it was worrying that we had to pay extra with no advanced notice"

"Beautiful room with sparkling mirrors, retro-styled appliances and comfortable, clean beds. This hotel is also within walking distance to Dejlah Grocery & Bakery, a Mediterranean grocery store with awesome snacks and treats for your stay. The downsides? The pool area has not been reclaimed for guests to enjoy as a patio/botanical area and the TVs have low-def cable. Everything else is great!"

"The motel was in a pretty questionable area, but they had video surveillance everywhere, so that made us feel secure. The room was simply amazing. Everything seemed very new and the really good standards. They even had a new retro looking fridge and microwave. It was really really nice. At the time of our stay they hmdidnt have the pool available for use since it was being renovated. There are a tons of stores and restaurants very close to the motel. We would definitely stay here again."
