"I would absolutely avoid this company at all cost! We had a pool installed that only lasted for 3 years and is now having to be completely removed and replaced. After having several pool companies out to look at the current mess in our backyard, we have been informed by each company of several issues with the way the pool was installed, which caused all of the problems to begin with! I would make sure to ask if the duct tape used to hold all of the piping in is included in the price of the install or if there is an additional charge for that, since they seem to like to use a lot of it."

"We contracted Clearwater to install a Fiberglass pool at our Home in April 2020 and signed an agreement outlining the initial deposit which was made, and a second payment upon placing the Pool in the Ground with the finish date in summer 2020. While installing the pool the shell got damaged but they promised us it would be fixed next day and we paid them the second installment. Clearwater has been sending contractors out for 2 years now to fix the finish on the cracked shell and it has still not been done properly, in fact it looks worse now than when the job was started. The job and installation has never been finished and they stopped responding to our calls. I would not recommend this contractor to anybody."
