"We got to our rooms, and they weren't even cleaned, and they had no sheets. The pool and hot tub were closed until further notice. Hallways smelled like Marijuana. Elevators are irritating. The rooms weren't terrible themselves, aside from that there was no cleaning done before our arrival and no sheets. The lobby and breakfast lobby and such weren't horrible. But overall, it was pretty disappointing."

"Shannon was a great receptionist and Gerrard helped us with anything we needed in the hotel or recommendations for site seeing breakfast is amazing and the rooms were nice"

"I stayed here in September. I’m still thinking about the terrible service I received. No toilet paper for almost a full day after requesting more multiple times. The shower leaked into our floor in the bedroom causing clothes to get wet. Everyone there was new and not very helpful."

"Location recently reopened after renovations, but unfortunately, it appears the renovations were not complete or done professionally. My room had paint splatter all over the floors and walls, the toilet paper holder was missing, and the sheets on my bed had no elasticity, so they kept coming off the bed. Also, the ice machines either didn't work or were empty, and the breakfast was disgusting. But the staff was extremely nice and did their best to be as accommodating as possible. The hotel was 2 minutes away from my company's office location but unfortunately we will not be staying here again in the future."

"Friendly staff, 24 hour coffee in lobby with large screen TV, extended stay available, quiet, safe neighborhood, and good parking. Spring Woods Church of Christ holds services in their meet room every Sunday morning from 9 am to noon as well as Wednesdays from 6:30 to 7:30 pm."
