"Hilton Honors program charges higher rates than third-party providers. The hotel is in need of a major remodel to align with the rates being charged. Our room had a lingering musty smell with fecal splatter on the toilet. The staff was friendly; however, they lacked in the housekeeping of rooms."

"A very special thanks to Carl (I think that is his name) who is the overnight front desk attendant. Our flight was delayed, as were many others due to the storm and there were practically no rooms left in the city last Night. He went out of his way to accommodate us and saved us from having to sleep in the airport! We arrived at 1am and he checked us in. Thanks again! You’re a lifesaver! This is a great hotel!"

"We stayed at this Hampton Inn & Suites property within the past month, which was our first time. We were visiting family and needed somewhere local to stay. Originally we had our first week booked here and the 2nd week at the Vintage Hyatt Place a few miles down the road since we stayed there before and knew what to expect in case we wouldn’t enjoy the Hampton Inn & Suites. After 2 days, we ended up extending our whole stay with Hampton Inn & suites end cancelling the Hyatt Place for the following week. Our stay was perfect, friendly and helpful employees, location was prime, yet quiet. Coffee, Tea 24/7 is always a bonus. Breakfast was tasty and always hot, refilled and plenty to choose from! And no tacky tip jar in your face. Rooms and property were very clean and much appreciated! Digital check in/out as well as choosing your room from the mobile app were a nice feature. We are looking forward to our next stay with Hampton Inn & suites!"

"Clean hotel and clean rooms with free coffee 24/7. I love the app check in and digital key, though the rooms themselves were a bit dated. Great location with a lot of restaurants nearby. I didn't have an opportunity to try the breakfast."
