The guy who was there with terrible tattoos had no customer service and refused to sale me a vape because my sisters who are 21+ did not have their ID yet I am 25 years old. Also, a customer before me who looked younger was not asked for an ID. They pick and choose who to ID."
"Drip city = Scam city and they sell to minors I was refused service for a non stick pad after asking for a potential refund if the product was damaged which seemed to be the case when looking at it in my hand. He assured me it had a plastic film you peel off therefore it would be smooth and not shattered/rough. I said ok I’ll take it but if there isn’t plastic that peeled off and left a non stick pad rough and shattered, that I could return it. He said no sorry I’m not going to sell it to you. I caught him in a scam and he put it right back on the shelf to screw over the next customer. Also everything in the store has been overpriced by double and sometimes more with some products."
"There are a lot of vape shops in Austin and they can be very hit or miss. I stopped by here for the first time because I was in the area and needed e-liquid. Counter staff was knowledgeable, answered my questions with zero pushy sales tactics or nonsense, pointed me right at what I was looking for and I was happy with the product. In and out in less than 5 minutes with an affordable satisfying result. What else can you ask for?"
