"I’m upset with the vape that I bought—the Novo 4. I was SUPER EXCITED TO BUY A REAL VAPE and lo and behold, the magnet holding the pod is so strong or the lip of the plastic is so tight that it shattered four pods the first two weeks I had it. It’s only been a month and I am aaaa a a pods since every retailer I take my brand new vape looks at me like I have just brought in were obsolete AT BEST. That was the ONE QUESTION I ASKED THE CLERK—IS THIS VAPE NEW ENOUGH ON THE MARKET THAT I WON’T BE SCREWED LATER ON… Sure, sure sure And here we are, down $90 and a six count of top-off."
"Been coming here since I found some good deals on disposable vapes that I enjoy, and to my surprise and delight, the vendor stood by their product. I was enjoying the flavor, form factor and aesthetics but unfortunately the unit I purchased went haywire and auto-hit itself to an eventual burnt coil demise. Product was exchanged no questions asked and the gentleman on duty even remembered meeting me previously. This is major retailer customer service and value packed into a clean, well-merchandised local biz. This is my new go to in campus/central Austin area. They have the elusive Lost Mary and new Beast non-rechargeable vapes that I am hopeful are usually reliable as the strawberry kiwi Hi5 that went awry on me was by far the most unique vape experience I’ve had, with a subtle, juicy flavor that also satisfies! Thanks again, I am impressed and thrilled great shops are still a thing in our fair city of Austin!"

"Decent prices for glass and tobacco products. I can definitely tell that the glass is all imported which is fine. It’s definitely a more lowkey place compared to other places. I appreciated that the workers weren’t trying to push products onto me. The parking is difficult which can be a drawback when coming in."
