"The pool was filthy, but the rooms are extremely clean. Nothing special. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and great to talk to. He speaks 6 languages and can switch instantly."
"If you want a quiet, peaceful stay... Do not go here. Staff was amazing, room was a bit small for a king suite, but the absolute stench of marijuana is real. When I asked about it, the night associate looked at me in disbelief and when we came back from dinner the elevator and the 4th floor were sprayed with freshener that lasted about ten minutes. And the area is constantly illuminated by cop car lights and sirens. Do not recommend even if you are desperate. If they would have given me my money back maybe would have rated higher for customer service excellence but that was a negative as well. Will never go back and will caution others if prompted."
"Reading other comments and shocked there has been those sorts of issues and complaints. The lady that checked me in was pleasant and carried a conversation with me. Was a $50 deposit if card and $100 deposit of cash (which is rather odd, usually vice versa on that). Room was nice size and decent; only down falls I found with the room is that it reeked of cig smoke and no wash clothes (had to use a hand towel -_-). They had 1 tiny shampoo and conditioner - if my stay would have been 2 nights that wouldn’t have been enough. Highly suggest they invest in the refillable dispenser like most hotels are doing. At check out - the young lady that checked me out - not too personable, didn’t converse and told me to drop the key on the counter. I did mention the room reeked of cig smoke and wanted her to know it was not me. I don’t smoke and actually cig smoke that lingers - kills my sinuses. I’d stay again but I think I’d rather smell the room first. I didn’t see any bugs and felt the electrical plugs were fine, they weren’t loose."
