"Lance is the absolute best! I love the way he always carries a conversation and makes you feel like family anytime you walk in the shop. He is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what I want and exactly what pieces to show me the moment I walk in the door, if it wasn’t for him, the shop wouldn’t be what it is. "My wife and I had our grandkids at Mt Playmore when she ran out of vape juice. She took the Jeep while I stayed with the kids to find a local vape shop to get more. She told the person behind the counter what her situation was and advised she wanted something with little to no flavor. He sold her two vape pens telling her they were “clear” and would have no flavor. When I tried one it was menthol. We took them back and advised that they were menthol and he started treating us as if we were idiots. He told me that all of the vape juices had menthol (really?!?) and was extremely disrespectful. I told him he could either reimburse us for the purchase or I would just dispute the charge with the credit card company, either way I would get our money back. He said “go ahead, dispute the charge then.” So now I am doing that. This business is not worth your time. They take advantage of people and then treat you like an idiot when you try to talk to them about it. They do not deserve your business."
