"Studio room kitchen is awesome and comparable to the residents in kitchen areas. The staff is very nice. The happy hour food items are extremely minimal, but the breakfast is mostly consistent and fresh. The EV charging is only for Tesla so I was not able to plug in my BMW i3 electric car so that was disappointing since I chose this hotel because it says EV charging is available."
"Nice hotel with great service. I stay here whenever I am working in Houston. Only issue I had this trip was with the room door lock (room 334). Sometimes the lock would show unlocked but wouldn’t actually unlock and would not lock afterwards. Kept having to play with it to get it to unlock/lock. Notified the manager and he stated he would investigate. Overall still a great stay. Hopeful they fix the lock."
"Facility was fairly nice and well kept. Room was decent but one roach visitor was unwelcomed. Main issue was service and staff. My check-in was messed up and the double billed me. They also failed to change my corporate reservation into my Marriott # so I had to spend more time getting those moved over. I was there for company meetings over 2 days. I went to the front desk in the afternoon of day 1 and told the girl the trash was full and asked if someone could empty it. She said no one was available, but I could do it. Not wanting to be working on a room with overflowing garbage, I took the bag. I asked her if I should just put it outside the meeting room door and she told me where the dumpster was out back!! I said I would not be bringing it to the dumpster and had a chuckle with that one. The absurdity! Overall nice place, especially for the money - but sub par service for sure."
"This is by far our favorite hotel. I love the functionality of the room. Everything was fresh and enjoyable. We did kesve a bag so I'd love for thr manager to contact me about getting it returned. It has been 2 weeks now."
