"We had used this hotel when we came down 2 years ago, it was fine. Moving down to Texas from Illinois. They didnt have any single rooms. I paid for 2 rooms. We checked into 1 room while the other 3 in our group were still on the way. We left their key at the desk for them to pick up because it was getting late. We were told 1 person would have to show ID to get the key. When they arrived, all 3 were asked to show ID. Only 1 person had ID, they were given a hard time by the night manager. Words were exchanged because they were tired and just wanted to get some sleep before early wake up. They had police come to escort them out of the hotel. NEVER coming back."

"I got into my room and immediately noticed ear plugs sitting on the bed side table. I thought, what the heck? Then I realized how incredibly noisy the freeway was outside the windows. Just crazy. I will not stay at this property again. Some colleagues of mine told me they requested a different room on the other side of the building and that those rooms were fine. I should have done the same."

"Good place right off of 249 in Tomball. Canned in for a wedding and stayed a couple nights. Services and atmosphere have changed a lot since COVID. Would be nice to see a hotel go back to servicing their customers instead of minimizing services."

"We had a really stellar stay here. It is a great location with a lot of good restaurants and some shopping very close by. The lobby is bright and clean with a good amount of seating, the coffee and tea bar was fully stocked, and the rooms were in excellent condition. I wasn't expecting a lot from a category 1 but it was truly a great stay and we will make this our go-to in NW Houston from now on. We only had one issue where we couldn't get the chromecast to work in one room, but it worked without issue in the other room. The rooms were well stocked and clean. Breakfast was pretty standard. Tancey was running the desk and hotel operations while we were there and she did an exceptional job of taking care of everything including all our questions and needs. Overall a very good experience that speaks highly of the Hyatt brand, the local staff, and this hotel."

"Spacious and clean rooms but they don’t come daily to check on it or clean. No Keurig coffee maker but they do have good coffee downstairs and a fair free breakfast. Overall hotel is clean and feels very open with plenty of space for seating in the morning. The food is only served after 5pm but great walkability to shops and restaurants."
