"The two young men working that night went above and beyond. The air wasn’t working because the batteries in the thermostat were low. The hotel was out of the batteries needed. As they were sold out and couldn’t move our room, one of them ran to the store for batteries. Maintenance isn’t their job but they made sure we were taken care of. Thank you so much."

"Overall a good stay, I've used Comfort Suites multiple times over the years, but this location needs to do a better job with cleaning. I don't believe they are vacuuming or sweeping floor. There was hair all over the place. Found stray hairs on sheets. And the sofa needs to be thrown away. Even though it is a smoke free hotel, the room smelled of weed. Just needs to do better overall with cleaning."

"The price was fantastic for this property. Our room was clean, the front desk so nice and helpful, laundry was easy, and breakfast had a fairly good variety. We stayed in a king suite with points. Loved it."

"I stayed at this hotel for about 3 weeks and I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. This hotel is quite hideous and it is sad to say but it is quite true. The only positive thing I have to say is that the beds were comfortable. Other than that my room was not clean when I arrived and the shower is a whole different story. The bottom of the tub in the shower seems like it has caved in or it is about to cave in. The faucet on the wall has metal Spurs where you have to put your hand on the knob to turn on the water I have cut myself on the knob multiple times. I would love to speak to management about my stay here as there are some things that should not be ignored I feel."

"I needed one closer to all the action in Houston. It was out of the way though and only a 20 min drive to all the action!! I was nervous due to the reviews. The food was good each am considering it is free/worked into our fees. The beds were firm and comfortable all at the same time. The suite was clean. The hotel staff was friendly and took care of our needs while there."
