"We waited OVER 30 minutes, in the parking lot, for our room to be turned over. The shower was DISGUSTING and we REFUSED to use it!! We had to shower at a friend's house!! The bathroom door was DISGUSTING!! I'll go back to the Palace Inn before I EVER set foot on this property. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!"

"**DONT STAY HERE** they have roaches & the cleaning ladies are thief's!! i stayed here 01/20 when i woke up in the morning to shower a roach came up from the drain. i was so disgusted i quickly got dressed and left leaving my gucci purse behind. once i realized i left my purse in the ROOM (105 to be exact) i came back to the hotel asking if housekeeping brought it up to the lobby but management said she saw nothing & they did not have my purse. PATRICIA YAK (if thats even her real name) doesnt speak a lick of english so i couldnt even speak to her directly but she's the theif that stole my purse, id & debit card!!!!"

"I have been staying in Houston for my mom's cancer treatment. We stayed here for a couple of weeks and everyone was so nice. We came back again for the second round of treatments and they even gav3 us the same room in the larger building. Great family running the place. I recommend. The only negative is that the breakfast is very short and ends at 830am."

Among others paying $65 or $75 daily then I was charged a cleaning fee no services given mold in room broken shower door tv barely hanging on wall just ridiculous how you price gouge! Then people be outside screaming all day kids running and knocking on people room."
