"Today febuary 18th 2024. I got to the Cedar Park Create A Cig on 620 at 10 a.m. sign flashing open sign open and yet nobody was there , so I waited till 5:00 after sign still says open open open open and yet nobody was there . So I waited till 10:15 obviously frustrated. The door was still dead bolted and still nobody was there. I waited till 10:20 and still nobody was there. So I called the store no answer I Googled create a say what time do they open on Sundays it said 10:00 a.m. by this point I am beyond frustrated I had to drive an additional 20 minutes to the Parmer store were happily I was greeted by Colton. I asked him why there was nobody at their 620 Cedar Park location he looked at me with big surprise eyes and said what do you mean he instantly got on the phone and called and the girl who answered with the purple hair said oh yeah I was running a little bit late this morning. Horrible horrible work ethic. When I got there I told her who I was she never apologized. She just asked me do you want all six bottles I said no! I want one!! Why do our young Generations have no idea how to work, no work ethics still never an apology. I will not be back to create a cig just lost a really good customer. She also never told me how many points I had. You'll need to bring Colton back to that store He is wonderful with customer service and knows his stuff."
"Long time customer, first time reviewer. I was looking forward to the Black Friday sale, thank you for that. I saved 50 bucks. Anyhow, I would like to shout out Tessa. I probably spent 45 minutes in the store and she got me set up with everything I needed plus some. She rocks. Her, and the whole staff here are amazing. By far the best vape shop in the world. Quote me on that."

"I'm impressed! Massive selection of ejuice, mods, and more. A bit hard to spot from 620.. Google your way in... I will make it a point to spot by again when I'm in Austin and I have more time. Juice was a few dollars cheaper than most places. Batteries were 50% less than where I shop in Dallas Ft Worth."
