"Being in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Austin this lounge has some glaring problems. First; two-ton entrance door is out of alignment and is a real struggle to open. It’s unbelievable the owners haven’t addressed having a good working door to enter their premises AND not realizing the liability of having a customer injury. Literally. Second; the HVAC system has not worked ALL summer resulting in a hot, uncomfortable environment in the afternoons. Third, and last, as a former retail business owner myself, the customer experience from the new management is very inconsistent in both attitude and willingness to help the customer."
"Nice cigar shop. Decent prices. Knowledgeable staff. Picked up a lighter, cutter, carry case and 5 cigars for about $100. Nice atmosphere. Very chill and laid back. Will be back soon."
