"5 stars for Michael’s integrity. He may not remember but two males came in one day that were ignorant and when Michael told them masks were required they used their shirts to cover their mouths but later disregarded entirely. When they were checking out, one male paid in cash and gave Michael an extra 20$ bill by accident. As he was walking out, Michael realized and called out to him to return the money. Most people would have kept that money, especially after their behavior in store. Michael impressed me that day, enough that a month later I’m compelled to write this review. What goes around comes around, and I hope much more than 5 stars comes back around for him"
"Best place for under age customers and terrible smirky customer service. Twice now I've purchased a non-working vape and both times the big guy who works the counter was absolutely rude and disrespectful. He said that he had never seen me before and to get out of his store. Will definitely not be returning just to be treated with such an ugly attitude."
"I bought a vape that ended up being burnt, tried to call and ask them the next day if I could return the vape to get one that was obviously not burnt. The big dude who works there answered and told me that since I didn’t bring it back the day of (mind you they were closing) that he didn’t know if he could give me a new one even though the one they sold me was obviously and clearly burnt. I go up to the store and try to let the big dude try it so he can understand that I just would like to trade them out, he has a terrible smirky attitude and decides to tell me that it wasn’t him who sold, even though I completely recognized him because he’s the one who sold it to me in the first place. Long story short, I’ve been going to this shop for years and the service has always been good, until now."
"To start off I never write reviews but I couldn’t let this service go without notice. Not from the area so took a chance on “the token smoke” which I wasn’t to sure if they would be open seeing most shops open at 12pm- 1, but the shop was open on time and met with Lee who gave me outstanding customer service about the products that I was looking into, had a wide spread of knowledge and answered all my questions that I had. Probably asked a bit to much but he just kept going with information. I absolutely will be coming back again and 10/10 would recommend and ask for Lee for assistance he did awesome!"
