"Great location. The back door by the pool doesnt close and my room door will not lock. Great safety combo! Pretty sure Im getting Legionere's disease from the AC as I havent smelled anything this putrid in a while! Several light fixtures are a little broken & 1 gave me a little buzz. Then OMG the tub. I dont want to even stand in it to shower. Gross! I reserved here for pet friendly policy, but huge signs stated NO PETS at all. Way under the mark!"
"As soon as you walk into the lobby, you get a bad feeling because the registration desk is encased in bulletproof glass. I get to my room, and the only working light fixture is in the bathroom. The toilet didn't flush. The toilet seat was broken. The tub was rusty, and the finish on the entire bottom of the tub was severely stained . The freeway noise was very loud in this room. I know that Super 8 is a budget level of hotel, but this room was disgusting. Also, there's an ATM in the hallway near the elevator. Maybe that's so people can get money to pay hookers, I don't know. I'll never return."
"Stay away from this place!! The rooms and bathrooms are filthy! Bed sheets and comforters had not been washed! Bathroom was a nightmare, hair in drain, broken toilet seat, none of the water handles nor shower heads appeared to have never been cleaned! Tub was stained with who knows what?"
"What’s the point of being a diamond member if they don’t honor the diamond membership perks??? Staff was nice. Rooms were good for the price. The maid shouldn’t come in the room to clean it if I’ve left the do not disturb sign on the door while I am away at work!"
