"The female technician (sorry, I don't remember her name) was very nice and professional. She let me know ahead of time what to do or how to stand so she could take my x-rays correctly. However, the older man who took my MRI didn't know introduced himself. And he did not give me a heads up, or a warning, or let me know that MRI takes a while. So for the second time when he had to run the MRI on my right leg, I was very cold, uncomfortable and restless. We were there for almost 5 hours, then this afternoon we went back because Megan told me that there was a missing signature. Highlight was needs to be sign so clients don't miss it. Not good customer service. Luckily, we were in Georgetown so we went back to the office but it was inconvenient."
