"I’ve been to this place a few times and enjoyed the vibe so I decided to invite some friends and family over to celebrate my dad’s birthday. I typically only get a hookah so last night was my first full service experience with this place and to say the least, it was horrible. 1. They nickel and dime you for everything. My dad spent $22 on ICE. 2. The hookah price doubles after happy hour. 3. They don’t advertise that the lounge is 25 and up, which is crazy because they don’t sell alcohol and you only have to be 18 to smoke hookah. 4. We brought about 30-40 people to their spot last night and we were the ONLY people there on a Saturday evening. My brother, who’s 24, came to the lounge to celebrate our father but was turned away at the door because of his age. These people need to understand BUSINESS and not just make up their own rules. If one person brought in the majority of your guests for the night, why are you holding strong to a 25 and up rule when nothing you provide is reserved for 25 and up? My recommendation to these people is to charge a $10 overhead if you don’t get hookah or their $10 BYOB bottle fee. I’ll never go back to this place."
