"Bad experience. Brought in a heavy sheepskin rug with dog stains on it. It was soft but dirty. I know it’s not easy to clean but people there couldn’t tell what they can and cannot do. Ended up wasting my time and money there, need not to tell the rug had to be thrown away (still dirty, rough feeling, fur clumping, fur peeling) after this professional cleaning! This place is such a scam and very low skilled"
