Today I was relying on a family member to be up and I ended up being the one up. AND LATE. Despite the fact that I made the poor man late for the whole day he was still very patient with me. Alan is very friendly and super easy to talk to. He doesn't make you feel like an idiot when you have a question. He comes with a couple great stories too. "They were the same price as just about anybody else online the problem is they weren't as an expensive as Dominion was. They weren't as informative as Dominion was. They certainly weren't as nice as Amber was from Dominion. And to be honest with you they work as accommodating either. If you really honestly want to know something about the problem that you're having, to be educated on it, and be a part of its solution Then you need to actually call Dominion and speak with Amber one of the owners."
