"My wife had her blood drawn there the other day and had a great experience. Yes they get busy in the office but there is only 2 staff members working the site, so maybe you might have to wait a bit once in awhile. However, they are friendly, efficient, and they do a great job."

"There is nothing I love more than scheduling an appointment and then waiting and waiting and waiting. I scheduled for 1330; it’s 1345. There are at least three more people in front of me and one of them has been waiting for 40 mins, and they, too, scheduled an appointment. I can see no reason for the delay and the staff seem to be moving at a relaxed pace. To the point that they don’t appear to have a receptionist. (There’s a sign that if you’ve been here for 30 mins say something, but no one to say anything to!) In addition, I’m trying to figure out how to file a complaint in the lab corps site and there is no customer service section. Do not recommend this location, folks might have better luck other places."

"I drove all the way from Cibolo to the clinic at 8 a.m. for an appointment to find a sign on the door. They didn't even have the courtesy to call or cancel our appointments. I will never book with this location again."

"Been here twice in May 2023 and today 8/17/23. Both times I went in early around 7:15 am and 7:30 Im in and it was fast, staff were nice, no bad bruises from the needle. The place is clean. Highly recommend!"
