"I have been in contact with the bbb just to get in contact with them finally got someone to call me back but now no answers when I call back. I have left Rachel Leigh multiple messages trying to get something resolved on the account. Tried to make a payment over the phone but my case worker told me they will not take anything less then the suggested minimum payment ( which I can’t do ) but was told I can make a payment online or mail one in with any amount disclosed and they will review the case on a need be basis but the card fee is 9$ on top of what I can pay. Absolutely no help when I am actively trying to pay my bill. I’ve been given wrong numbers and forwarded to multiple people just to leave a message with no answer back."

"Blowing up my phone while I am at work then blowing up my job phone. when you call, they are so rude and do not help you. I suggest sending my account information in the mail and we won't have any problems. Greedy Greedy!!!! Fair Warning they will scream at you!"

"Not very helpful in reducing debt or payment amounts. Bankruptcy is your best option if you have to deal with this company especially with medical debt. We’re all barely scraping by out here while some million dollar company threatens to sue us for medical bills. Even if you’re sick and out of work, better make sure they get their money! Believe me, I’ve tried for months to get the amount reduced to an affordable amount. Nothing works with them. Greed is their motto."

"I called on may 8th 2023 at 11:32 and spoke with a lady named Debbie I believe. I told her I had questions about the 170.00 in collections and I was going to call Cox to sort it out because I was on a payment plan with them and didn't know why this amount wasn't included. I also asked her if I could do a payment plan of 50.00 a month if I needed to with the credit bureau and she thought with such a small amount they might. Today I called and spoke with Candace and asked to speak to the former lady, she said very rudely "she is no longer here" I asked that this not be reported on my credit and she said again rudely "you'll need to contact Transunion." I asked about a payment of 50.00 until paid and she said "Cox wanted the total and did not do payment plans." Even though I actually have a payment plan with Cox now Very rude. I can only surmise after speaking with Candace that the first lady i spoke with must be gone because she was respectful. Do better please"

"Rude employees. When I tried to verify what they were calling about the employee got rude, told me that she was marking me down as a refusal, and hung up. I don't give out my information to an unsubstantiated person with a business that I've never heard of nor done business with, and claims to have already sent me mail, but won't tell me what it is about. I understand that this probably isn't a pleasant job, but if I am not being rude, I expect that your employees aren't either. Especially when I am trying to make sure it isn't a scam trying to steal my information. Address, birthday, and last 4 of my social are things I don't give out over the phone unless I have verified the caller and company. I am sure they go through that same conversation multiple times per day with people trying to verify who is asking for personal information, maybe get a better script for your employees to avoid these frustrations in the future. The second employee that I spoke with when I called back was more helpful in giving me information to verify this company."
