"Quick, but the phlebotomist was very rude and acted like you were supposed to read his mind. Very unprofessional. He needs to be quick, efficient but he also needs to provide clear instructions."

"Came to LabCorp 18 minutes before 12pm (lunch 12-1pm) and the woman at the front desk wouldn’t check me in. She stated that she couldn’t do my drug screening until 1pm. Which in my mind I knew it was because of their lunch time. There was NO ONE in the waiting room. And I told her I could urinate right away. She still declined. Asked me come back. I asked her if I could make an appointment and she declined again. Told me I didn’t need one. I don’t understand what’s wrong with lazy people these days. As a Registered Nurse I know that in health care we work until the last minute. This lazy woman wanted to take a 78 minute lunch and not do her job. Good for her. This is why health care is declining at a never before seen rate, because of complacent people like these. Oh and as I’m walking out of the office she and her friend chuckled…. Unprofessional to say the least."

"The male receptionist was the rudest person I’ve ever met. He had a horrible attitude, talked down to multiple patients, and his boss might be interested to know he locked the door at 11:12 AM even though they are supposed to close until 12 PM. He told everyone in the waiting room to pretend we weren’t there and be quiet so that no new patients would ask to come in. I asked about my test and place in line and he gave me the nastiest attitude and didn’t answer any of my questions saying that if he answered my questions other people would get up and ask the same annoying questions. He told me to just sit down. I could not believe the level of unprofessionalism. How he’s still employed here, I don’t understand. I don’t know his name, but he was sitting at the front desk, in scrubs, wearing a pony tail. This guy has no business in healthcare or customer service and gives Labcorp a bad reputation."

"I’m sure there have undoubtedly been bad experiences people have had in the past. My experience however was excellent. From the check in process, to the blood draw, and to the end my entire experience was superb. The staff were friendly, the blood draw was smooth and painless, and my visit was short. All in all the best experience I could’ve hoped for."

"Came in for an employment drug screening. I was seen almost immediately. I spent about 10- 15 minutes at this location total. Front office staff was super kind and friendly and the lady conducting my drug test was quick and informative. I was worried after a bad experience at a different location but the staff really set the tone for great service!"
