"Horrible experience. They need to read these reviews! Horrible customer service, disorganized, wanted to argue about not receiving doctors orders when I called my doctor they said it was in the Labcorp system. The girl at front desk was very rude!! Update: Now that I see things a little more clearly since leaving the Labcorp clinic having my blood drawn, I know exactly what is wrong with LabCorp. They had that poor girl working by herself, the front desk, and drawing blood at the same time. That’s why she was in the mood she was in. It made me want to cry. I was so stressed out while there because of a mix up on lab orders, I broke down once in my car. I do intend to let LabCorp know exactly what’s going on with their clinics here in San Antonio. They need major improvement."

"This office is petty. Do NOT tell them you have to go back to work. Even if you show up early, check-in and wait. They will not call you back for labs. The office was cleared out ahead of me (8 people) and I heard another patient said their appointment time (30 minutes AFTER my reservation) went ahead as well. So unprofessional and dismaying to see that they don’t care about patients or doing their jobs."

"My husband had a 9:15 appt we got there at 8:45 and sent a message to the service center. 5 seconds later we received a text that they were ready for him. The ladies were very cordial and efficient. We stayed for less than 15 minutes. We Love this location they are always fast and friendly and of course very professional. Thanks ladies we appreciate you."

"I went today to get my blood drawn and I was in and out quickly. There were a few people ahead of me but still went fast. Check in was easy and receptionist was friendly. The lady that drew my blood was excellent, I didn't even feel it!"

"Zero stars for the unprofessionalism and the lack of customer service. Clearly on the appointment instruction stated send a message and wait in your vehicle and you will be invited for the service. I waited 1 hour and nobody sent me a message. I’ve decided to go to the office to find the status of my appointment and came to a closed door and a message that the employee is not performing the job. I took the time off for this appointment and wasted the time and lost money at my job because I didn’t work. I hope the LapCorp will close its offices since they are just confusing customers. It was a long trip for me and a very long wait and not to have a person to take care of the matter is not acceptable."
