They helped me understand what was going on and also helped me get my other MRI’s scheduled! The Office Manager was also sweet and helpful! Thank you ladies for the pleasant experience."

"ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT First things first: sit up and listen. I must write this review to inform EVERYONE of my mother's experience at ....... My mother visited this facility and never encountered such discourteous behavior before at any medical office. The staff was UNPROFESSIONAL and discourteous, Regarding the unprofessional and discourteous treatment my mother received from all staff members. Worst form of public humiliation she was made to feel as if she was a nuisance, and an inconvenience for being there. Staff were rude, arrogant and loud with negative attitude's. The lack of care and compassion, staff not doing enough to ensure my mother was comfortable. Radiologist rushed my mother's CT scan, making comments "IF YOUR DOCTOR WANTED THE CT SCAN SO BAD, THEN YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD HIM TO PAY $100 CO PAYMENT". Receptionist acknowledged my mother by shouting, "Requesting co payment?" However, with my mother's private insurance no co pay was needed.The fact the receptionist failed to do thier job duty and confirm and verify with insurance and discuss this discreetly. Everyone in the waiting room looked up. It's clearly receptionist's are not familiar with HIPPA LAW. My mother felt scared, intimidated, embarrassed, and belittled. I was astonished as to how a group of people whose main purpose is to serve people could be so utterly uncivil and bad mannered. Surely, if they dislike dealing with the public that much, they should venture into a new career that does not require interpersonal communications. Because of the rude treatment my mother endured we have considered going to another facility. My mother is already going through a very difficult time battling with cancer and deserves to be treated with respect. Practices may want to develop a set of guiding principles with all employees, making sure those standards include injecting an element of kindness and compassion into every patient interaction. This applies to all departments, from reception to billing. The downside to this is that this facility may have developed blurred vision about how some of the systems and staff are working. In conclusion, may I suggest that particular employees be provided training on how to appropriately deal with patients and HIPPA LAW."

"I was absolutely in awe with my experience. Ann called me the day prior to go over my procedure and gave me many opportunities for questions. The day of, she made me feel so comfortable and relieved me of any worries I had. She really does go above and beyond for her patients! Sarah the radiologist was also amazing as well!"

"I visited this location back on 8/13/21. The person who completed the anatomy scan was very nice. I had to wait about 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to be seen. Fast forward to a few days ago...I get a surprise in the mail. Guess what they did?!? They sent my file to collections!!! They never even sent a bill to me! The collections rep told me the address they sent the bill to... and it was an address I lived at over 9 years ago!!! What's even more ridiculous is that not only did I give my correct address on the intake forms, the lady at intake took my driver's license and made a copy!!! My DL has my current address!!! I'm never going to this place again."

"They were very unfriendly. All I wanted to do was ask how long the walk-in wait was. I was waiting first in line, but the woman for some reason didn't like where I was standing even though I was standing in the "dot" they had on the floor, and had me move. She was very unfriendly about it too. I waited for 5 minutes, and no one else was helped in that time, and they didn't call me. So I decided to leave, and as I was walking out the door she called the next in line. I believe it was intentional. I would definitely NOT recommend them."
