"I have had several myelograms over the years, but this is my first time at Touchstone. I was nervous after a bad experience at another imaging place. All of the staff were so nice and explained everything very well. Dr. Kim was amazing and numbed extra deep because of my scar tissue. It was the best experience of a myelogram I’ve ever had. "Front desk are personable efficient and took care of me. My tech Abel was very good with me. I was scared I never had an MRI. He talk to me and and was very nice. Priscilla a young lady helped me out as well she sat with me. Very sweet and comforting. I finally relaxed. I had 2 MRI’s. I also want to say the people who answer the phone are very friendly and efficient and took care of my appointment and wait time is not long. My experience with Touchstone was good and I was well taken care of."

The technician, Barb, answered answered all my questions, allayed all my fears and did all to make me as comfortable as possible during the MRI. She then explained the next steps so that I was fully aware of what to expect regarding the results. I can’t speak highly enough of her. Thank you for making this dreaded experience a good one."
"I am very claustrophobic and have extreme anxiety. Ms. Barbie my tech was excellent she calmed me down and talked me through both of my MRI exams. The exams were faster than I thought. Front office staff was welcoming and attentive, very helpful with scheduling and rescheduling my exams and explaining the process. I will return to this facility for any further testing."
