While Refund Advance is no longer available this year, we did offer Early Refund Advance at select locations from December 11, 2023, until January 14, 2023, and No Fee Refund Advance at most locations from January 2, 2024, until February 11, 2024.
In addition to tax advance services, we also offer appointments for in-person tax preparation, drop-off tax preparation, and assistance with IRS letters. To schedule an appointment with a Tax Pro, we recommend booking online or calling us at (502) 871-3892. Walk-ins are also welcome at our 218 Amy Avenue office.

"I made an appointment for a week away, for noon. I had gotten at least 2 reminder emails of my appointment. When it came time I arrived almost 10 min early. It was closed, so I waited till 12 and still no one showed to open it. According to Google it is open, according to the door it opens at 11am for drop off. You can't drop off or do anything if they are closed. Very disappointed!"
