"Some of the employees are very nice. The boss lady is dry and not very friendly. I was disappointed that I had an appointment and yet had to wait. The only reason the stars aren't lower is because of the boss lady's co-worker she was very friendly and welcoming. I understand things happen and sometimes people are late. With that being said I didn't get an apology nor did she mention letting other staff go ahead and help me since they were available. I hate waiting and then no apology. The boss lady isn't welcoming to the point I felt uncomfortable. I have been coming to this location for at least 5 years. I believe this is my last year."

"Absolutely terrible experience. Will never go back to this location. Had set up an appointment with them, arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and they tell me my tax pro quit and there’s no one qualified at this location to file taxes. Don’t understand why or how this business is open if they don’t have anyone qualified to perform their service. They didn’t even give me a call to notify me that my tax pro quit and no one would be able to help me, they just let me show up and basically told me there’s nothing they can do for me."

"I always do my own taxes so paying $500 to me just in fees is ridiculous but service was great and the tax preparer was definitely educated and quick which was wonderful so if I am in a bind again and need the advance I will definitely return hopefully financially I will be in a better spot next year and can just return to doing my own taxes for free"
