"filed taxes with bulldog tax service and was audited ..when i called bulldog, to inquire, they had not returned by w2's to me , all I had was folder filled with their notes and they did not have them.. I had never been audited before and it cost me thousands of dollars .. I would not use them at all..."

"If it were possible to give negative stars I would. The old woman (Sue) in there is an absolute witch. After agreeing to print out my tax paperwork which she would need to do her job, with no mention of a cost she tried to charge me $10 for what would have been a dollar fifty at Walgreens. If she would have just added this to the total of my tax cost it would have been palatable, however she was incredibly rude about it making it seem like I did something wrong and she was trying to get back at me by over charging me for paper and ink. I honestly believe she saw capital gains paper work and does not know how to file anything more than a W2 so she became rude with me so that I would leave. When I refused to pay this hidden cost and went to walk out I accidentally grabbed the papers she printed along with my W2 and before I could put them back down she grabbed and ripped everything out of my hands tearing my W2 in half. It was honestly shocking, I believe this decrepit woman is itching to fight with anybody who walks in her door. Avoid this place like the plague."

"The time you are there is long, and Tammy (the girl up front) is rude, as well as is Sue. Tammy called me back on my 2020 taxes due to a mistake that she made, and then told me off and hung up on me, not once, but 3 times and even stated I could come pick up the forms she forgot to include, or whatever! Then she even stated "I don't care!" I talked to Sue (the office mgr) and she said she would mail them to me, but made no apologies for the mistake they made, or the rudeness from Tammy. I went back for my 2021 taxes because I received money later last year for changes in the law, so for the reconciliation, I wanted the same people to do it. After they did my taxes, I noticed mistakes like being put that I work in KY, but I don't. Sue yelled at me for even asking. When I went to pick up my papers and drop off taxes for my mom, they had agreed the day before that they would be ready for pick up, I was there almost an hour. When I ask if they could just mail it to me (since I was told I would be in and out / drop off and pick up) Tammy started yelling even though customers were present. She used profanity, and called Danny telling him lies in front of a business full of customers amazed at her performance. She told me last year and this year that she didn't want my business and at one point she didn't realize they had already been electronically sent and told me that she wasn't going to send them in and I will have to restart at H & R Block. These are unprofessional people that can't even run a small tax service. My advice is to avoid this place by all means, but if you do go in, voice record everything. And the reply from Bulldog to this message is nothing but lies as well."

"They have been doing my taxes for over 10 years and I have never had a problem. Fast, efficient, and friendly. I've even sent friends to them and they haven't had a problem and they take care of my children's taxes without fail. Love them."
