"Open 24 hours..in theory or practice? Well this would have been my first experience. Online says 24 hours NEON BRIGHT open signs and all say open…go to the door and there’s a key /lockbox and a closed door with not an employee in sight. There are others so off I go :/"

"So since I cant speak to a manager directly I guess it’s going to be through here. I tried exchanging this vape pen for another one because it came out defective. The pen does not charge it stays on the red for hours. I went twice to get an exchange but they say do not offer refunds. I dont want a refund i want a vape pen that works and charges. That being said from a Vet to another DO NOT COME AND SPEND YOUR HARD MONEY ON THIS STORE!!!. There are other smoke shops in the area that WILL exchange a defective product. I will make sure this store loses its 5 star rating because it does not deserve one."
