"This is a very caring facility. Sani was my MRI technician. He was great and put me at ease. Sani and the other techs monitored my procedure the entire time. "I did my MRI in Envision Imaging in North Frisco and they had a nice clean changing area for putting on the gowns, and a locker with a code/lock is provided for you to store your belongings. The office area was very clean, and the waiting room was nice. My technicians specially Sani was very helpful and kind, and made the whole process of the MRI easy and enjoyable. I will be coming back in the future if I need this done again!"
"The tech was polite and the actual appointment went smooth. My issue with envision is when I set the appointment in late January I was quoted $175 for a scan. When I arrive I notice my bill is $225, I ask about the $50 difference and the front desk person tells me they changed their pricing on Feb 1. Feedback for envision is to uphold the price that was quoted especially when the appointment was made prior to the price change."
