Envision Imaging of Frisco

"Rude and unfriendly front desk staff. My wife and I have "same insurance company & same coverage" plan. My wife visit here for Ultrasound Abdominal Test" two days before I have same test. No charge(copay) on my wife but $108.05 copay for my visit,???? Even they force me to pay before the test start. Front desk can not explain but they told me to call my insurance. My insurance called Envision find out Envision claim to my insurance $105.00 and they charge me $108.05 before the test. Please aware when you visit this place especially seniors."

"I would normally give them 5 stars however this time they scheduled me for Wednesday at a new location and as I arrived in the parking lot I arrived in the parking lot for my appointment I got a call stating they were unable to do my MRI at this location for medical reasons this normally wouldn’t bother me but I have been to envision many times in the past for MRI’s and I preregistered online and completed the medical paperwork and submitted it the day before this appointment and nothing had changed to my medical history. Because of this they had to reschedule me for the following day at another location today I had my MRI I needed a disk I told the MRI person and she told me to tell the front desk so I did the lady took my name and said it would be 10 minutes after 20 minutes I went back to the desk and was told oh sorry it didn’t print I don’t know why I’ll request it now so 35 minutes later I have my disk. My time is just as important as there’s I drove a long way for both appointments not to mention my time. There was no excuse for this poor service I really was disappointed. Again I have been there many times before and thought it was great."

"I've had a lot of imaging done over the last few years and at this point will darn near argue with my doctors until they send my referral to Envision. It is hands down the best facility I've found. It's clean, the staff are always friendly, they have a separate waiting area for folks that are sick as to not compromise others that may have compromised immune systems and I almost always have my results and images in my online portal within 1-2 days (I think I've had one go 3 days, but I had that scan done on a Saturday night so I wasn't too shocked). Definitely recommend for any imaging needs."

"I didn't know Envision offered weekend appointments until they booked my MRI on a Saturday. The location was easy to find and very secure. They buzz in patients. The waiting room was spacious and comfortable. Large chairs and even a coffee bar made it pleasant. Although this was a short series, the techs made sure that I was comfortable on the table. Music was offered so Frank Sinatra sang over the noises of the machine! The staff was kind and compassionate. They were aware if my claustrophobia and kept me in the loop on how many minutes I would be inside. I did walk out with a CD of my MRI which is always important. I not only would recommend this location but I will use them again."
